1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to SeasonalDash (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SeasonalDash website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not access or use SeasonalDash.

2. Description of the Platform

SeasonalDash is a two-sided marketplace that connects individuals or businesses seeking seasonal services (“Clients”) with independent service providers (“CrewPros”).

SeasonalDash does not provide snow removal, lawn care, or any other services.

All services are performed solely by independent CrewPros, not by SeasonalDash.

3. Eligibility

To use SeasonalDash, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

• Provide accurate and complete information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

4. Accounts & Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security

• All activity that occurs under your account

• Providing accurate, current information

SeasonalDash is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.

5. CrewPros (Independent Contractors)

CrewPros are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of SeasonalDash.

CrewPros are solely responsible for:

• Performing services safely and professionally

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

• Obtaining any required licenses, insurance, or permits

SeasonalDash does not supervise, direct, or control how services are performed

6. Payments & Fees (Stripe)

Payments on SeasonalDash are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

By using the Platform, you agree to Stripe’s terms:

SeasonalDash may collect:

• Service fees

• Platform fees

• Processing fees

All fees are disclosed before payment.

SeasonalDash does not hold funds and is not responsible for Stripe processing errors.

7. Cancellations, Disputes & Refunds

Disputes between Clients and CrewPros should be resolved directly when possible.

SeasonalDash may, but is not obligated to, assist with dispute resolution.

Refunds, if any, are subject to:

• Platform policies

• Stripe payment rules

• Case-by-case review

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes

• Harass, abuse, or harm others

• Provide false or misleading information

• Circumvent platform fees

• Attempt to damage or disrupt the Platform

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, logos, and software are owned by or licensed to SeasonalDash.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

SeasonalDash shall not be liable for:

• Injuries, damages, or losses arising from services performed by CrewPros

• Property damage

• Service quality or outcomes

• Disputes between users

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SeasonalDash LLC, its owners, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Platform

• Your violation of these Terms

• Services performed or received through the Platform

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
